SHIPPING AND DELIVERY UPDATE: COVID-19

NEW ZEALAND: Shipping within New Zealand has returned to our usual shipping times (1-3 working days with Courier Post).

An update on international shipping and deliveries during the COVID-19 outbreak: At this time, our online store is still open for orders, but shipping may be delayed until restrictions are lifted and it is safe to deliver to your home. We are also currently experiencing a backlog, and your order may take longer to be packed and shipped during these times. We thank you for your patience as we work to get your packages to you in the fastest, yet safest way possible. 

Please check below if your country is currently accepting parcels, and if couriers in your country are currently operating. If not, orders may be placed and will be dispatched as soon as couriers and postal services resume in your destination country. Thank you for your patience.

AUSTRALIA, UNITED KINGDOM & SOUTH AFRICA: You can still purchase online, and items will be shipped as soon as isolation and lockdown restrictions are lifted and couriers are allowed to operate as usual. We appreciate your understanding if your order takes longer to reach you due to the backlog we are experiencing.

THE UNITED STATES: Most couriers are still operating, with minor delays in shipments and deliveries. At this time, we are still dispatching orders to states where possible. *If couriers in your state are not operating due to restrictions and we are unable to immediately dispatch, items ordered will be shipped as soon as isolation and lockdown restrictions are lifted and couriers are allowed to operate as usual.

At fitphyt, we offer free standard shipping worldwide. Yes, you read that right! The shipping of your parcel is free of charge when you choose the standard shipping option at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from when the order was placed. During sale and peak periods, we try our best to have all orders dispatched and delivered on time. Due to high demand, we apologize in advance if any delays occur and thank you for your patience.

All orders are processed and fulfilled from our nearest warehouse and we aim to deliver worldwide in 4-6 working days. These time-frames are provided as a guideline and may differ due to your destination country's delivery service, customs issues, special or weather related events and/or other circumstances such as the COVID-19 outbreak which disrupts our normal service times.

We recommend using the tracking information when available, to make sure your order is delivered successfully. We apologize if, on occasion, your parcel does not deliver in the above timeframe as we do try our best to deliver your parcel as soonest we can.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES

Please note that local taxes, handling fees and/or other charges may occur for your destination country and your parcel. These are not "shipping fees". fitphyt Activewear is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of you, the recipient of your parcel, and the funds are received exclusively by the local government of your destination country. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states, we are unable to provide an estimated cost.

Should you choose to not accept and collect your parcel upon arrival due to these fees and/or charges, you will not be able to receive any refund or store credit from us.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, fitphyt is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.

We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, we will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
