If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received, fitphyt will happily accept returns on full priced items for a product exchange, size exchange or store credit.

We do not offer monetary refunds, so please choose carefully when deciding on products/s you wish to purchase.

Please note, this is only applicable for items still within 14 days of arrival, providing that the product is:

- Unworn and returned in the original condition.
- Have all tags, and stickers attached.
- Include the original packaging, without postal labels.

fitphyt will pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return the item.

Warranty

If you consider your item to be faulty, please contact our customer services team via email at support@fitphyt.com. We will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim and arrange reimbursement or replacement.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email from, fitphyt, with either an invoice for a new item or a gift card code.
