During sales periods, we try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. Due to high demand, we apologise in advance if any delays occur.

All orders are processed and fulfilled in our nearest warehouse. Please see country information on carriers, delivery times and tracking on our shipping page. The time-frames are provided as a guide and can differ due to customs delays and issues, special events and other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend using the tracking information when available, to make sure your order is delivered successfully.

We try our best to deliver premium products that you can wear with confidence, which is why all of our garments are 100% quality checked before they are shipped and delivered to your address.

In the very rare instance that your garment is faulty, please contact our customer services team via email at support@fitphyt.com. We will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim and arrange reimbursement or replacement.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email from, fitphyt, with either an invoice for a new item or a gift card code.

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days. We also offer full refunds within 30 days on full priced items. Please visit our Returns Centre to request a hassle-free, prepaid exchange or return.

If for any reason, you have a change of mind about a clothing item you have received, fitphyt will happily accept returns on all full-price items for a refund or exchange to the same value as purchased. Please note items purchased on sale/discount can be returned for a store credit or swapped for a different item. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Please note, this is only applicable for clothing items still within 30 days of arrival, providing that the product is:

- Unworn and returned in the original condition

- Have all tags, and stickers attached

- Include the original packaging, without postal labels

Our fabrics and materials are carefully sourced to promote comfort, support and long-lasting colour. Below, you can read more about the terms we use to describe our products. 

Four-Way Stretch Fabric:It's quite simple. Four-way stretch fabric contains spandex (elastane) that stretches in four directions. Try it and see! When you stretch the fabric, you can feel it easily stretching to four sides. This stretch promotes flexibility and a comfortable feel when you move. It's the best choice for creating compression and active wear. 

Moisture-wicking:There is no better way to explain this term than saying it's totally sweat-proof! Our garments are treated with a moisture-wicking property on the yarn, even before the garment is completed. This means that the "secret" sweat-proof formula lasts a LOT longer than garments that are treated after they are produced.

Digital Sublimation Printing:The short and sweet of sublimation printing? The artwork created by our designers is printed onto big rolls of paper, which are then transferred onto our signature fabric using heat rollers. This kind of printing allows us to create designs in any colour!

7/8 Length:This length hits at a very flattering length, above the ankle and below the calf. This is our most popular length, and it works a charm on taller and more petite figures.

Full Length:This length hits at the bottom of the ankle, a slightly longer fit than the 7/8 length.

Each item you see in our store has been created mindfully. Our fabric is sourced by our international manufacturing team, and our prints and logos are created using premium inks and formulas.

To ensure that your garment and all its embellishments stay in premium condition, you can either follow the instructions on the garment, its hangtag, or read the instructions noted underneath each product in our store. Simply navigate to the item, scroll until you see the "WASHING INSTRUCTIONS" tab and follow the instructions listed.
