We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To arrange your hassle-free, prepaid exchange, get in touch via Live Chat, or contact us at hello@fitphyt.com and our team will share the process.
If for any reason, you have a change of mind on an item you have received, fitphyt will happily accept returns on all items for a product exchange, size exchange, fitphyt store credit, or 100% refund (for non-sales items only), upon the receipt of said returned item(s).
Please note, the above is only applicable for items still within 30 days of arrival, providing that the product is:
- Unworn and returned in the original condition.
- Have all tags, and stickers attached.
- Include the original packaging, without postal labels.
Please note that all items purchased during sales periods may be exchanged as per our usual exchange policy, or returned for a store credit (fitphyt E-Gift Card) to the value of the item(s) purchased. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
fitphyt will pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return the item. Item(s) will be inspected upon receipt, and store credit and/or refunds will only be processed after the inspection is complete.
To guard against fraud, abuse, and misuse of our refund and exchange policy, we may deny returns based on a change of mind if we detect a pattern of unreasonable or excessive returns. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit or refuse any future transactions from you.

Refunds
Please note that we offer free returns on full-priced items only. Please note that all items purchased during sales periods may be exchanged as per our usual exchange policy, or returned for a store credit (fitphyt E-Gift Card) to the value of the item(s) purchased. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
Please note that during sales periods, E-Gift Cards and fitphyt Gift Vouchers may be applied at checkout. Please note that additional discount codes may not be valid for the time of the sale.
Warranty
If you consider your item to be faulty, please contact our customer services team via email at hello@fitphyt.com. We will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim and arrange reimbursement or replacement.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email from, fitphyt, with either an invoice for a new item or a gift card code.
